Brooklyn's Carnival Labor Day on the Parkway

The Vibrant 56 took to the parkway on Labor Day with a multigenerational contingent of leaders in celebration of Caribbean culture. West Indian American Day Carnival Assoc. is the force that unites organized labor, elected leaders, community based organizations, business and everyday people from all over the world.

For 56 years, they have celebrated the richness and diversity of West Indian people.
I love
Brooklyn, especially my beloved Bedstuy and Crownheights.

It is a joy to represent you, advocate for you, and walk and whine with you for a beautiful Labor Day!
